Depending on the type of product, Brompton delivers to the following locations:
Bikes in stock with home delivery: UK (except Brompton Electric in Northern Ireland*)
Bikes in stock with store collection: UK, USA
Custom Bikes with store collection: UK
Bags, Parts and Accessories: UK, USA, Netherlands, France, Spain (Mainland only), Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, and Denmark.
For all other territories, please contact your local dealer.
* Please note due to legal restrictions Brompton are unable to ship Brompton Electric to Northern Ireland
Please note orders must be placed on your local country website.
Bags, Parts and Accessories
Orders will be processed within 12-15 working days. You will be notified via email and provided with the tracking number for your order.
Our orders are dispatched using UPS. By entering your email or phone number as part of the checkout process we will add these to the tracking information supplied by these services.
Orders over £20 are shipped using a tracked service. Orders under £20 are sent via 2nd Class post.
Orders are delivered free of charge to all European shipping addresses (provided we ship to that country). For information returning purchases made on Brompton.com, please visit our returns page here. Please note that we are closed over the weekends and on Bank Holidays.
RETURNS
Brompton is committed to quality; if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. If the product is faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage. Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days at your cost.
For all Click and Collect orders, bikes must be returned in an unused and resellable condition, to organise this please fill in this form and await instructions.
Please note: Items must be returned to the following address and not to stores or Brompton Junctions unless otherwise specified.
